Prices

All prices are GST inclusive. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices do not include delivery, set-up costs or staff unless specified.

Payments

Payment can be made in cash, direct debit or by credit card. Credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% processing fee, this includes, MasterCard, Visa and Amex. A Tax Invoice will be issued for each order within 48 hours after your event. Payment is required within 14 days unless prior arrangement has been made with the City Edge. A late fee will apply to any outstanding accounts.

Placing orders

Orders must be placed by email at catering@cityedgecatering.com.au. The catering menu includes the minimum quantity of items to be ordered, this will need to be taken into account when placing orders. You will receive a confirmation email reply within 12 hours of contacting City Edge. Orders must be received 24 hours prior to your event unless prior arrangement has been made. Final numbers for orders are required 48 hours prior to your event.

Minimum Order

We have a minimum order amount of $60 for delivery, if an order comes in under that we offer pick up from our location.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation, changes to the order and/or a reduction in numbers requires 24 hours notice and must be emailed to catering@cityedgecatering.com.au. Cancellation of orders without 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Public holidays

A 35% surcharge fee applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Functions

City Edge is an ideal place to host your next function, whether you are looking for a casual or corporate lunch, birthday party or any special event. We can cater for up to 100 people for a sit down dinner or 120 people for stand up with drinks and canapés. To enquire about your next special event or to make a booking email us at catering@cityedgecatering.com.au and we will be most happy to assist with creating your unique event.

Staffing

City Edge can provide food and beverage service staff for your function. Minimum call out charge is 3 hours applies.

Delivery

Standard delivery hours are between are between 7.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. Anything outside these hours will incur a $50 delivery surcharge. Every effort will be made to ensure delivery is made at the requested time, however depending on the delivery schedule this is not always possible. Deliveries are scheduled in half hour time frames.

Equipment and Serving Trays

All serving trays, platter and utensils and any other equipment supplied by City Edge remains the property of City Edge Café. Serving trays, platter and utensils and any other equipment must be ready for pick up the following day after delivery.
